BIO.

Chef Perrazzo has been in the Restaurant Industry for most of his life. He started at the age of 14 with an unbridled passion and thirst for food ingenuity, working himself through the most prestigious cooking school in the US, the Culinary Institute of America. From the CIA, his talent and work ethic took him to some extraordinary restaurants, working with the top professionals in the industry worldwide. Chef Perrazzo learned and worked alongside some of the best, including Jean-George in New York City. Garnering awards and recognition – Michelin stars at Jean-George and a James Beard award at Bradley Ogden – became a part of his culinary upbringing. Along the journey, Chef Perrazzo decided it was time to create his own concept. Utilizing the tools and techniques he learned at some of the world’s finest restaurants, his idea was to approach comfort food with that same passion and dedication to quality. This is the backbone and inspiration from which bBd’s was born. Our slogan, Craftsmanship You Can Taste, is Chef’s motto.
