Chef Oscar Amador – Born in a little town near Barcelona (Spain), raised behind the Mediterranean Sea. Chef Oscar Amador is graduate in culinary arts at the prestigious Hofmann BCN Chef school. His cuisine is focused on the simplicity and purity of seasonal flavors. As a native from Spain, he was exposed to the culinary industry at a very young age, starting his own restaurants at the age of 22 managing them for a decade. Now he has come to the United States to start his new adventure. Chef Oscar is a true entrepreneur and a veteran cuisine expert, ready to conquer the American palate. His talent and creativity equip him a unique vision to develop the street food culture. He currently owns and operate Boqueria Street Food truck and EDO Gastro Tapas & Wine, which has been recently awarded Restaurant of Year by Desert Companion.
