Born on repeal day one may say it was fate that Bryan Pierzga ended up peddling booze for a career. Just 3 years ago he left “Happy Valley” and the comfort of his home town of State College, tucked away in the hills of Pennsylvania, to see what Vegas had in store. After 7 bars in the first 2 years Bryan has landed at Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse. Now a 10 year service industry veteran, he has worked most front of house positions from beginnings as buss boy cleaning up messy seafood to Lead bartender at multiple bars in Sin City. Using the new wide range of resources at hand he has expanded his love and knowledge for the craft of Bar Keeping. Multiple years of USBG seminars and heavy cocktail competitions (Bombay Sapphire, Bacardi Legacy, UBBC, etc) helped to shape his particular way of coming by flavor inspirations; which are often drawn from odd food pairings that he experiences. An advocate for all types of spirits, Whiskey holds a particularly important spot since Pennsylvania is often called the birthplace of American Whiskey, Rye Whiskey.
